Inspired by The Four Agreements and the EFRAT model, the game invites you to identify limiting beliefs, reinterpret situations, and choose conscious actions in a dynamic, experiential, and thought-provoking way.

A methodology for self-discovery through your hands.
By building tangible models with LEGO bricks, you can turn thoughts and emotions into clear forms, see what is sometimes hard to express in words, and make decisions from a deep and authentic place.

Cancellation Policy
How do you reserve your spot?
🔹 You can cancel up to one week before the process starts and receive a full refund.
🔹 Cancellation after that date will incur a ₪600 deduction for administrative expenses.
🔹 The non-refundable amount can be used as credit for future editions or for a personal process within the same year.
🔹 A deposit payment of ₪600 (deducted from the total amount).
🔹 Remaining balance to be paid by the day before the first session.

Who leads the process?

The process is led by Dror Shahar, a certified personal coach, creator of the "The 4wrd Path" tool, and the only officially certified facilitator of the LEGO® Serious Play® method in Israel (recognized by the global facilitator directory).
With over 20 years of experience accompanying individuals and groups through change and growth processes, Dror brings a unique combination of clarity, deep listening, creative thinking, and the ability to drive real transformation.
He is also certified in Project Management (Google), Gamification, Digital Marketing, and Design Thinking, offering a broad and dynamic understanding of different fields.
Throughout the process, Dror creates a safe, professional, and precise environment, where each participant can move forward at their own pace, deepen their self-connection, and build a real action plan supported by the RESET framework, specially developed for this purpose.
